You present the entry evidence for the gate. The reviewer works the standards with you — this is a working session, not an exam.
You leave with a decision — Approved, Approved with conditions, or Not approved — and a short written record of findings, conditions, and owners. Conditions carry dates.
Service levels are two-way. We commit to these response times; in return, come with the entry evidence so the review can actually happen.
